Reaffirming this, Botswana Life officially launched their newly relocated Palapye branch on the 12th of November 2018. The new branch is located at the New Diphalane Mall, plot number 20737.
The decision to relocate the branch came as Botswana Life recognised the need for greater support in the new location. The New Diphalane Mall branch offers all the service offerings Batswana have come to love and expect from the brand. The branch has been designed to allow for a more seamless experience for the customer, taking into account the more discerning and nuanced needs of Batswana from their chosen life insurance provider.
