Educare

This product is designed to pay for children’s school fees in the event of death or disability of the policyholder. The product has two options: Educare which is Medically Underwritten and Educare Exclusive which is Non-Medically Underwritten.

•    Both options have a minimum sum assured of P300 000 and a maximum sum assured of P10 million for Educare and P1 million for Educare Exclusive.
•    There is no waiting period on deaths for Educare whereas Educare Exclusive has a 6-months waiting period on non-accidental claims. 

Upon survival of the principal life assured at the end of the policy term, a survival benefit that is equal to 30% of premiums is paid to the policyholder.
This product also comes with compulsory life cover, capital disability and emergency medical evacuation (Thuso992 or EA991) benefits.
