The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Charles Tawdros. He is joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director effective 14th July 2026.
Mr. Tawdros is a seasoned insurance executive and actuary with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Administration from Cairo University, Egypt.
He has served in several senior leadership positions, demonstrating a proven track record in strategy execution, financial stewardship, risk management, corporate governance, and driving business growth.
