Mr. Kopanang Thekiso

Mr. Kopanang Thekiso was appointed to the Botswana Life Insurance Limited (BLIL) Board in June 2023. Mr. Thekiso has over 27 years’ experience as a finance and accounting professional having spent his career in commerce and industry where he held senior finance positions both within Botswana and South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA) and a fellow of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting degree from the University of Botswana.

Mr. Thekiso is a Partner and Director of Desert Secretarial Services, focusing on providing tax, accounting and advisory services to various companies.
