Patricia Raditholo has 35 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. She started her career in Finance as an Accounts Assistant with Botswana Insurance Company. Ms. Raditholo is well rounded having held various positions with different players in the industry. She worked for IGI Botswana as Supervisor Client Services and Conservation then joined Botswana Life as Supervisor Client Services/Benefit Payment and later promoted to become Client Services Manager. She subsequently got appointed on the same level as Risk Analysis Manager responsible for Underwriting & New Business.
She left BLIL to join Tswana Insurance Brokers as Managing Director and later worked for Liberty Life Botswana as Principal Officer/ Compliance and Operations Manager. She then re-joined Botswana Life as Bancassurance Relationship Manager and later appointed as the Principal Officer responsible for Risk and Compliance until she assumed her current role as the Executive Head of Compliance Risk and Legal. She is the Chairperson of the Claims Adjudication Committee and serves in different strategic projects within the business.
Patricia is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of South Africa and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom. She holds a Diploma in Accountancy and Business Studies from Botswana Institute of Accountancy College. She underwent continuous professional development and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management with Botswana Accountancy College, Management Development Program with University of Stellenbosch Business School and the University of Capetown, and an Executive Development Program in Financial Strategies with LIMRA.
