Haig Ndzinge has vast experience in Life Insurance business and preparing group accounts. He began his career in 2000 as the BIHL Group Accounts Assistant, and six years later took on the role of Botswana Life Accountant. Haig then moved to take on the role of Botswana Life, a position he held for 5 years. In 2016, he returned to a Group role, and was appointed as the BIHL Group Executive – Finance Operations, a position he holds to date, and which sees him provide support to Botswana Life from an Executive level.
Haig is an AAT and CIMA Graduate of Botswana Accountancy College (BAC) and has completed the University of Stellenbosch's Executive Development Programme (EEDP). He also holds a Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA), as well as having undertaken a Supervisory Development Programme and training in ViP Payroll System.
